Compliance Project Manager

For our customer a major Financial Services Organisation, we require a Senior Regulatory/Compliance Project Manager
Main responsibilities of the new employee (tasks, projects)
Planning, managing, and implementing complex cross-departmental compliance projects
Managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders (compliance, IT, operational units, and external stakeholders)
Preparing decision-making bases, status reports, and presentations for management
Ensuring communication and coordination with international project teams
Supporting the harmonization of compliance structures
Identifying and managing compliance risks in the project context
Special requirements for the candidate (education, professional experience, software skills) Weighting
Proven experience in independently managing complex projects, ideally in the context of international integrations High
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in compliance or risk management ina regulated environment High
Good knowledge of relevant legal/regulatory requirements in the financial services sector (CH) High
Knowledge of US regulations (eg, SEC, FINRA, OFAC) is an advantage Medium
Strong communication and moderation skills
