Compliance Officer

We're looking for a motivated Compliance Officer to support our local CO/MLRO and strengthen our AML and risk frameworks across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in compliance, with exposure to both local and group-level initiatives.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support AML/CTF controls and regulatory compliance
• Conduct PEP/sanctions screening & SoW/SoF checks
• Assist with training, governance, and regulatory reporting
• Help implement the 3 Lines of Defence model
• Contribute to compliance projects across the group

What We're Looking For:

• Good knowledge of Dutch AML & Trust legislation (WWT, WTT2018 & Sanctiewet 1977)
• Proven experience in a Compliance/Risk role
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
• Strong communication and analytical skills
