The Role

As Compliance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the firm's compliance with SRA regulations and other professional standards
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance and risk management policies
• Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance and risk matters
• Monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes and ensuring appropriate processes are in place
• Working closely with senior management to ensure best practice across the firm
• Handling data protection and anti-money laundering compliance

About You

• Previous experience in compliance/risk management within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of SRA standards and regulatory requirements
