To strengthen our global Compliance team, we're looking for a Compliance Manager - Policies & Integration (m/f/d) who's excited to turn compliance into a business enabler and grow with us.

Your Impact

You'll play a key role in making compliance part of how we work - smart, practical, and future-focused.

Policies & Integration

  • Develop and update compliance policies that are clear and practical
  • Integrate compliance into business processes and IT systems
  • Shape and maintain our Compliance Management System

Risk & Awareness

  • Conduct risk assessments and help reduce exposure
  • Plan and deliver trainings - online and on-site
  • Support audits and define improvement measures

Collaboration & Communication

  • Drive new compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Represent the Legal & Compliance team in internal projects
  • Translate complex topics into clear, engaging communication

Your Profile

Experience & Know-how

  • Several years of hands-on experience in compliance, ideally in an international and production-oriented company
  • Solid background in risk and project management
  • Proven experience translating legal requirements into practical implementation
  • Strong affinity for digital tools, including e-learning platforms
  • Familiarity with setting up and maintaining compliance management systems

Education & Background

  • Degree in Law, Business, or a related field
  • Career changers welcome - e.g. with a Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) certificate
