Compliance Engineer

Job Type:Full Time/Permanent

Due to continued expansion and the need to drive service excellence throughout our organization Daikin Applied Service are looking for a Compliance Engineer to support our technical manager and the service delivery team across the UK. The role would be based in Dartford Initial training will be a combination of remote learning and face to face training in either of our locations in Cramlington & Dartford

You will be predominantly responsible for the overall compliance of the service department ensuring Daikin Applied Service are compliant in all the key areas of our business at all times

• Preparation and overall administration of the RAMS process
• Technician vehicle audits to ensure minimum standards
• Technician audits including PPE,tools
• Technician tool calibration and PAT testing
• Site safety audits and monitoring
• Complete and support RFI's,PQQ's
• Training programs for both technician's and apprentices
• Use Evalu8 system to record and update relevant technician audits
• Manage service concession process
• To adhere to company policy of quality service standards.
• To perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Review service documentation to ensure compliance standards are met and consistency throughout our organization .Update documentation and keep a log of revisions as required.

• HVAC experience or similar industry
