Job Description

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and frameworks for corporate functions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory programmes and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance risks effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory changes and their impact on business operations.
  • Manage reporting processes and liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
  • Oversee training programmes to enhance compliance awareness across teams.
  • Support the Risk & Compliance department in strategic decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

The Compliance Director, Corporate Functions and Regulatory Programmes should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in risk and compliance within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate functions compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Expertise in managing and implementing compliance programmes.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in compliance or risk management.
