Job Description
- Develop and implement compliance policies and frameworks for corporate functions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory programmes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance risks effectively.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide guidance on regulatory changes and their impact on business operations.
- Manage reporting processes and liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
- Oversee training programmes to enhance compliance awareness across teams.
- Support the Risk & Compliance department in strategic decision-making processes.
The Successful Applicant
The Compliance Director, Corporate Functions and Regulatory Programmes should have:
- Demonstrable experience in risk and compliance within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of corporate functions compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in managing and implementing compliance programmes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in compliance or risk management.
