Compliance & Monitoring Lead - Adult Social Care

Hull City Council is seeking a Compliance and Monitoring Officer to join the Adult Social Care Compliance Team. The role focuses on monitoring the quality, performance and value for money of both commissioned and in-house services, ensuring regulatory obligations are met in a timely, effective manner.

You will analyse detailed performance and financial data, prepare reports for the Compliance Manager, and contribute to improvement plans that maximise outcomes and efficiency for clients.
