Compliance & MLRO Leader - FCA Regulatory Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight and Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of the regulatory compliance framework and oversee AML/CTF arrangements.

The role includes acting as SMF16/SMF17, maintaining policies, monitoring programmes and ensuring Consumer Duty outcomes, reporting to the Board, and guiding governance and regulatory response. A FCA-experienced professional with strong leadership is required.
