Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours weekly
Job OverviewThe Compliance Analyst (Business Continuity & Resilience focus) supports the Risk & Compliance function through audit/standards support and evidence activities, while also contributing to Business Continuity and Resilience as a meaningful part of the remit. The role supports the operation of key BCMS activities (ISO 22301 aligned), coordination of BIAs, continuity planning/exercises, and audit-ready reporting. Business continuity is included but not exclusive; the role is expected to flex across broader Risk & Compliance priorities, including risk management support and audit operations (evidence and remediation support), as required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Support audit and standards activities, including evidence collection/validation and remediation tracking, and maintain continued participation in internal audits.
- Operate and maintain the ISO 22301-aligned BCMS, including required documentation, schedules/cadence activities, and readiness inputs.
- Coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and maintain recovery assumptions and dependencies (e.g., RTO/RPO) to inform continuity requirements.
- Support continuity plan lifecycle management and coordinate exercising/testing activities; document outcomes and track improvement actions.
- Provide concise audit-ready reporting (status, coverage, key gaps/dependencies, and action tracking) for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support third-party/vendor assurance activities (including annual review follow-ups) and coordinate collection/validation of assurance artefacts as required.
- Coordinate policy and document workflow for Risk & Compliance artefacts (drafting support, review routing, version control, approvals, publication/refresh) and support evidence traceability.
- Support day-to-day risk management activities as required (e.g., maintaining risk records, tracking actions, and supporting risk reviewinputs). The scope andprioritisationof responsibilities may be adjusted by the manager to meet evolving Risk & Compliance priorities, business needs, and project workload.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, risk, technology, or related).
- Experience supporting audit/evidence activities and operating in a cross-functional compliance environment.
- Experience supporting business continuity and resilience activities (BCMS, BIAs, planning, exercising/testing) is desirable.
- Strongorganisation, stakeholder engagement, and written communication skills; able to work independently and acrossorganisationallevels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); SharePoint/document collaboration skills desirable.
- Business continuity certification (e.g., AMBCI/CBCI or equivalent) desirable.
