What you'll do:

• Advise the Investment Management business on trading and portfolio regulations, including interpretation of global and local policies and potential breaches
• Support new initiatives and strategic projects, leading or contributing to Compliance and business-driven efforts, including regulatory changes
• Collaborate with IMG Compliance teams in Malvern, U.S., Melbourne on global matters and build relationships with teams supporting fund operations
• Assess regulatory developments and advise on business impact and response
• Contribute to regulatory training programs for the business
• Stay current on market, industry, and regulatory trends
• Support management reporting and communication on Compliance matters

What You Bring

• Relevant experience in an asset management compliance function
• Strong knowledge of UCITS products and EU/UK MiFID investment regulations
• Familiarity with ETF funds and the broader investment industry
• Ability to develop a broad understanding of the company's business and operations
• Positive relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, internally and externally
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
