Academics is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Romford office. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience, or a recent graduate looking to start their career in a professional environment.
About the RoleYou'll play a key role in ensuring the education professionals we place into schools are fully vetted and compliant.
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing candidate compliance records
- Processing DBS applications and checks
- Requesting and chasing references
- Checking Right to Work and identity documentation
- Working closely with recruitment consultants
- Communicating with candidates, schools and other organisations by phone and email
- Working towards compliance targets and KPIs
- Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in administration, customer service or a similar office-based role - recent graduates are also welcome
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing high volumes of information
- Confident communicating by phone and email
- Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working towards targets
Previous recruitment or compliance experience isn't essential. We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and keen to learn.
