A specialist SEN setting in Camden is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a practical, hands on support role for someone confident with pupils who may require communication support, sensory support, personal care or structured routines.
Responsibilities- Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP linked needs
- Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
- Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
- Providing consistent, patient and reliable support
- Experience in SEN, care, support work, school or youth work
- Comfortable with practical support tasks
- Patience, resilience and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and consistent throughout the day
Pay: £95 - £120 per day Location: Camden (NW1 1AA)
