Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tailored Learning: Design and implement creative, sensory-rich lessons at a primary cognitive level, adapting the curriculum for small groups and individual learners.
  • Build Trusting Bonds: Become a consistent, reliable figure for children who have faced trauma and adversity, using a relationship-based approach to help them feel safe and secure.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work hand-in-hand with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists and support colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach for every child.
Who We Are Looking For
  • A qualified teacher holding QTS with a background in primary education.
  • A specialist with a deep-seated passion for SEN, particularly in supporting pupils with complex needs and trauma.
  • A calm, optimistic advocate for inclusion who believes in the potential of every child.
Essential Criteria
  • An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for one immediately.
  • Impeccable professional references to verify your experience and character.
