Shifts: Weekend day shifts

Care Setting: Family Home

We are looking for seeking experienced Health care assistants, to join our dedicated team supporting our 11-year-old male client.

This client requires support in the family home.

Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.

You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

Available Shifts

Available shifts include:

• Weekend shifts
• 6 hour shifts

The client would particularly like to meet people who:

• Have experience in complex care
• Clean driving license with access to own car
• Chatty / Playful

To be successful, you will:

• Have a minimum of one year experience of complex care
• Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
• Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
