Complex Care Support Worker - Empower Independence at Home

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Devizes, Wiltshire, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to assist an adult client living with the effects of a spinal injury and complex healthcare needs.

You will provide daily and overnight support, personal care, mobility assistance (including hoists), medication administration, and collaborative care with clinicians and family to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
