Hiring: Complex Care Lead Nurse 
Specialisms: Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Brain Injury & Challenging Behaviour
Location: Midlands (Predominantly Staffordshire & Wolverhampton)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
We're recruiting an experienced Complex Care Lead Nurse (RNLD / RMH) or Allied Healthcare Professional to support individuals with highly complex needs in community settings. This is a rewarding, hands-on leadership role focused on clinical quality, staff development, and positive outcomes for people with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, brain injuries, and behaviours that challenge.
This role is ideal for:- An experienced RNLD / RMH or Allied Healthcare Professional
- Someone confident working autonomously in community-based complex care
- A clinician passionate about positive behaviour support and least-restrictive practice
- A professional with strong coaching, mentoring, and clinical leadership skills
- An individual experienced in or keen to develop skills in ARC (Assessment, Risk Management & Crisis Intervention)
- Assess, plan, and deliver person-centred care for individuals with complex needs
- Provide clinical leadership across complex care packages
- Train, guide, and support care staff to competency sign-off
- Lead and embed ARC principles, including crisis prevention, risk management, and post-incident debriefing
- Support positive behaviour strategies and behaviour support planning
- Work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Ensure care delivery aligns with best practice, safety, and quality standards

- • Current NMC registration (RNLD / RMH) or HCPC registration (AHP)
- • Experience supporting individuals with complex health and behavioural needs
- • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- • Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working abilities
- • Experience with ARC or willingness to complete ARC training
- • Full UK driving licence (community-based role)
- • Experience managing challenging behaviour
- • ARC Trainer experience or crisis intervention delivery
- • Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- • Experience training or coaching care staff and families
- • Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
