A prestigious UK law firm is seeking an experiencedCompetition Lawyerto join its highly ranked and dynamic team. This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the leading practices in the field, known for its commercial acumen, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence.
The RoleYou will advise on a wide range of UK and EU competition law matters, including:
- Merger control and foreign investment reviews
- Cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases
- Market studies and regulatory investigations
- Compliance strategies, audits, and training
- Commercial agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
You'll work closely with clients across regulated sectors, providing strategic and practical advice that supports their commercial goals.
What We're Looking For- Qualified solicitor (SRA registered) with significant experience in competition law
- Ideally 6+ years PQE, though strong candidates with 4+ years will be considered
- A postgraduate qualification in competition law is advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical skills and a client-focused approach
