You will advise on a wide range of UK and EU competition law matters, including:

• Merger control and foreign investment reviews
• Cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases
• Market studies and regulatory investigations
• Compliance strategies, audits, and training
• Commercial agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances

You'll work closely with clients across regulated sectors, providing strategic and practical advice that supports their commercial goals.

• Qualified solicitor (SRA registered) with significant experience in competition law
• Ideally 6+ years PQE, though strong candidates with 4+ years will be considered
• A postgraduate qualification in competition law is advantageous but not essential
• Strong analytical skills and a client-focused approach
