This includes delivering market pricing analyses, identifying trends and gaps, and providing actionable insights to inform leadership decisions on pay positioning and progression.Compensation Review & Incentive ProcessesYou play a central role in annual compensation reviews and variable pay processes, contributing to data preparation, scenario modeling, quality checks, and reporting. You help ensure consistency, transparency, and audit?readiness throughout the decision cycle.Role Architecture & EvaluationYou contribute to job architecture initiatives by supporting role evaluations, leveling consistency, and governance principles. You partner with HR stakeholders to clarify role scope, alignment, and structural coherence across the organization.Benefits & Cost GovernanceYou support the review and ongoing optimization of benefits offerings across jurisdictions.
