Compassionate Wellbeing Befriender (Volunteer)

A community support organization located in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a volunteer to assist the Wellbeing Team. This role involves making regular phone calls to isolated individuals, supporting them with filling out forms, and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to signpost to additional services. Volunteers are requested to commit once a week for one to three hours, preferably on Tuesday mornings.
