Compassionate Support Worker: Sleepovers & Career Growth

Routes to Work is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care in North Lanarkshire. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities.

The role requires caring and empathetic nature, excellent communication, and flexibility for weekends/evenings. Sleepovers may be required; driving licence preferred. In-person work with competitive pay and ongoing training.
