Compassionate Support Worker for Extra Care Living

Care Dorset is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at St. Martin's Extra Care in Gillingham. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, assist with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and support independence within the home.

Training and ongoing support are offered, with emphasis on teamwork and excellent communication. Ideal candidates are caring, reliable, and flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
