Compassionate Sous Chef - Part-Time Care Home Kitchen

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Sous Chef to join Hempstalls Hall Care Home in Newcastle under Lyme. You will support the head chef and lead a culinary team to deliver nutritionally balanced, high-quality meals for residents, within budget.

We require a relevant catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1/2 or NVQ or equivalent), at least one year of catering experience, and a compassionate approach.
