Compassionate Life Practitioner - Support & Independence

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner to join our Adult Residential/Supported Living Home, An Caladh House in Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives.

You will assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips. A company vehicle is provided for transport; a full UK driving licence is required to drive.
