Compassionate Home Care Assistant: Flexible Hours, Training

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide care in clients' own homes. No prior experience is required; your empathy and people skills will help clients feel valued, safe and supported during daily routines.

You'll follow personalised care plans, maintain accurate records and ensure safety throughout every shift. A full UK driving licence is needed, with alternating weekends, and a funded training path up to QCF level 5.
