Compassionate Children's Residential Care Support Worker

Cambiar Group Plc in Bridgwater is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help children in a residential setting. You'll provide emotional support, model positive behaviour, and help with daily routines, school prep, meals, and activities, within a safeguarding-focused team.

The role includes full induction and ongoing training, DBS checks, and two references. Experience in mental health or care is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
