Compassionate Children's Residential Care Support Worker

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Children's Residential Care homes in Paignton. The role focuses on providing a safe, nurturing environment and helping children achieve personal goals while working within a multidisciplinary team.

You will support daily routines, school-related activities, and life skills development, with a strong emphasis on keeping children safe, heard, and valued. Full training is provided and DBS checks are required.
