Compassionate Care Assistant Make a Difference Daily

Prime Life is seeking caring Care Assistants to join our friendly team on a Fixed Term basis at St Michaels Care Centre in Waddington, Lincolnshire. You'll support residents with daily living, maintain dignity, and contribute to a warm, safe environment.

We offer regular shifts across a 7-day week, full DBS, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250 per successful hire, plus access to Blue Light Card and ongoing training from our Quality Matters team.
