Compassionate Care & Community Support Worker

Lifeways Weston-Super-Mare is hiring a Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting five individuals with complex health needs. All use wheelchairs; some transfers require hoists.

You'll provide personal care, medication support, meal assistance, and help people access the community. We offer a mix of full-time and sessional hours, a variety of shifts including days, sleep-ins, and weekends, plus a UK driving licence is essential to support service users out and about.
