Compassionate ADON Leader - Nursing Home

Wallace Myers International is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Limerick for a full-time permanent role at a respected nursing home. You will lead and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

You must have NMBI registration and leadership experience at CNM/ADON level, with a warm, person-centred approach and a strong grasp of HIQA standards and clinical governance.
