Compassionate Activities Co-ordinator for Elder Care

HC-One in the UK is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to bring kindness to residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You'll plan and implement activities that delight residents and help the Home Manager with fundraising events.
