We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Company Secretarial team in the Manchester office.

This is an opportunity to support the Manchester office, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and together with team meet service line goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • With assistance from members of the team being point of contact for Manchester office
  • Managing members of the team
  • Ensuring companies abide by their statutory obligations, including ensuring that all statutory filings are made in a timely manner
  • Drafting ad hoc minutes when required
  • Ensuring the companies registers are kept up to date and actively maintained as required
  • Dealing with correspondence received from third parties
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues and responding to queries and request in a timely manner
  • Assisting with ad-hoc project and other such tasks as required
  • Working closely with other offices and departments as required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our team, bringing strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with CGI qualifications and/or relevant experience who is looking to grow their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • CGI qualification and/or relevant industry experience
  • Proficiency in Diligent software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Technical knowledge of share transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
  • The ability to manage workloads effectively and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
  • Experience supporting and guiding junior team members
Additional Information
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector is desirable
  • Flexibility to travel and work from other offices when required
