Tasks and Responsibilities:


The role of the Company Lawyer is to collaborate with the team and work alongside the (Junior and Senior) team members in relation to:


  • Ensuring that the clients' client entities are in good legal standing and are compliant with local & international legislation and regulations;
  • Assisting with setting up and managing corporate-, fund- and private legal structures;
  • Assisting the clients' client entities with corporate secretarial support & transactional assistance;
  • Enabling the clients to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters;
  • Keeping the records of the client entities up to date;
  • Supporting in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders such as advisors, authorities, etc.;
  • Strengthening and sustaining our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services;
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and making sure we protect the financial system, and WFT ("Wet Financieel Toezicht") regulations.




What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?


Required:


  • A minimum of 2-4 years of working experience within the trust, financial services industries, and/or law firms;
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Dutch law;
  • Fluent in English.


Preference:


  • Dutch speaking.
  • Master's degree in Dutch law;
  • Experience working for multinational companies;
  • Corporate secretarial background.
