Company Commercial Solicitor

Position Overview

Company Commercial Solicitor - Suffolk.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
Full time role - requires approximately five years post qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise owner managed businesses and SMEs on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and shareholder agreements.
• Draft and negotiate corporate restructures, commercial contracts, business sales and purchases.
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property and data protection matters.
• Support clients in achieving their long term objectives through commercially driven recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years' post qualification experience (5 PQE).
• Solid grounding in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience advising owner managed businesses and SMEs on a wide range of transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Strong drafting skills, excellent technical ability and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities and work collaboratively within a close knit team.
