Community Youth Mentor for SEN & SEMH Support

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver 1:1 interventions for young people with SEN/SEMH in community settings.

You will provide tailored sessions, build trust, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns, with flexibility for daytime hours. A minimum of three days per week is required, and you must hold a full UK driving licence to access different locations.
