Community Wellbeing & Outreach Coordinator

Places for People is hiring for a customer-facing role at the North Huntingdon Wellbeing Hub. This fixed-term position runs until April 2027 and forms part of a National Lottery partnership project, helping local people access the hub and progress through its services.

You will build referral partnerships, support participants in a people-centred way, and contribute to developing activities that reach people's potential.
