Community Wellbeing & Connection Advocate

Improving Lives Plymouth's Community and Connection team is seeking a Practitioner to deliver person-centred support, wellbeing programmes and inclusive activities across Plymouth. The role includes leading support for Young Adult Carers and contributing to various community projects in partnership with local groups.

You will provide direct support, facilitate activities, and work with partners to ensure services are accessible and shaped by lived experience, helping communities thrive.
