Job Description
Position Overview 
We are looking for a Support Worker for adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Physical & Health Needs. The role will be supporting adults within a Day Service environment with personal care, medication, nutrition & hydration, to take part in activities and access the community.
Skills and ExperienceAll training provided.
