The Role
We're looking for a Community Support & Production Assistant to support two key areas of the business: Customer & Community engagement and Production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone, maintaining a consistent brand tone.
- Resolve complaints where possible, or escalate with detailed notes and within SLA targets.
- Ensure all interactions follow data protection and ethical standards.
- Monitor recurring issues and customer feedback; compile and present regular insight reports.
- Support and advise creators to help maximise campaign performance and grow GMV.
- Monitor and drive Trustpilot reviews.
- Production
- Assist the Production Manager with preparing and sending briefs to suppliers.
- Review artwork for print-readiness (technique compatibility, resolution, colour count).
- Track and analyse returns and failed deliveries; recommend strategic improvements.
- Record and automate tracking of all supplier dispatches and campaign IDs.
- Order garments for non-API suppliers, ensuring stock accuracy.
- Manage samples.
- Oversee overall production volumes & SLAs.
