Community Stoma Care Nurse - South East Ireland

Coloplast Nurse Ireland, South East Region is seeking a skilled registered nurse to develop and provide specialist stoma, bladder and bowel services within the community. You will support the patient pathway from hospital to home, conduct home visits and community clinics, and deliver virtual consultations by telephone or video.

Ideally you hold an RN with at least two years post-registration, a BSc Nursing or working towards it, and a full driving license.
