Community Staff Nurse: Lead in Person-Centred Care

Avista CLG in Limerick is seeking a Staff Nurse to support Community Residential Services. You will deliver person-centred nursing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote health and wellbeing.

The role requires NMBI registration, a full clean driving licence and the ability to work autonomously within a community setting. Experience in HIQA standards and complex care needs is desirable.
