Community Staff Nurse / Clinic Nurse

We are seeking part time Band 5 Staff Nurses to work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, including GPs and Advanced Practitioners, to deliver high-quality, person-centred care during the out-of-hours period.
This is a night shift role covering a 7-day rota, with part-time opportunities available to suit your work life balance. We have 3 x 24.3 hour posts available (other part time hours may be considered).
What You'll Do- Provide safe, effective, and responsive nursing care to patients in the community and clinic settings.
- Work collaboratively with GPs and Advanced Practitioners to assess, plan, and deliver care.
- Support urgent and unscheduled care needs across Inverness and surrounding areas.
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Excellent communication and clinical decision making skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in urgent or community care is desirable but not essential - full support and development will be provided.

Additional Information for Candidates- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part time hours will be adjusted on a pro rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
