Community Shop Store Leader - Bolton Impact

Company Shop Group in Bolton is seeking a proactive Store Manager for our Community Shop. You'll lead the store team to deliver exceptional member service, maintain high standards, and drive social impact in the local community.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, health and safety, stock availability, merchandising, and achieving store KPIs, while supporting colleagues to grow and develop within a values-driven environment.
