Community Shop Manager Flexible Retail Lead for Hospice

St Giles Hospice is seeking a Community Shop Manager for the Lichfield Books shop, leading paid staff and volunteers to drive excellent customer service and community engagement. The role supports hospice care and operates 30 hours across 7 days with flexible full/part-time options.

You will manage operations, merchandising, stock control and health and safety, while achieving targets and driving community impact. A driving licence and retail leadership experience are preferred.
