Job Description

Clarity Recruitment is currently recruiting for Agency Community Nurses to support the HSE Public Health Team in Wicklow. The position is based in Greystones with some travel; hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday and weekends off.

Responsibilities include wound care in clinic and at home, diabetes management, continence assessment, home visits, and post-discharge nursing assessments to support chronically ill or disabled patients. Full driving license preferred but not essential.
