Community Policing PCSO - Flexible Hours & Impact

Gwent Police is recruiting a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) for the March 2027 intake. You will be the uniformed presence in communities, helping deliver the Neighbourhood Policing Strategy and build trust with local residents.

Training lasts nine weeks with a Welsh language element and a subsequent tutorship period; part-time flexibility may be discussed after training. Start date provisional 1 March 2027.
