Community Payback Supervisor - Nuneaton, West Midlands (Permanent, Full Time/Part Time). Working Pattern: Full Time or Part Time. Closing Date: 17 Aug 2026. Vacancy: 1.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a group of offenders at a Community Payback unpaid work placement, typically up to 7 hours per day.
- Ensure participants complete a range of manual tasks to pay back for their harm, such as clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, planting trees, and graffiti removal.
- Transport participants and equipment using service vehicles when required.
- Demonstrate good practice to participants and maintain high standards of supervision.
- Support the well being of team members, especially during weekend and evening shifts.
- Maintain accurate records and report on progress to senior staff.
- Must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence; an automatic licence will not be accepted.
- Candidate must have the right to work in the UK and comply with Civil Service immigration rules.
Starting salary: £28,064 (pro rate for part time). Standard working hours are 37 hours per week, excluding unpaid breaks. Weekend working is paid at a 50% higher rate. Pay is reviewed annually under the Competency Based Framework.
