Community Payback Supervisor - Drive Impact & Lead Teams

Ministry of Justice in the Community Payback unit is recruiting a Community Payback Supervisor to lead small offender teams on unpaid work projects across Basingstoke, Reading and nearby towns. This permanent post supports flexible working patterns including full-time or part-time arrangements.

You will supervise sites, drive service minibuses when required, and coordinate weekend shifts. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
