Community OT: Flexible, Impactful Integrated Care

NHS Salford is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the Community ASC within the Adult Health and Social Care Therapy Team. You will manage your own caseload, assess functional needs in community settings, and plan outcomes including home adaptations and equipment.

You will work with wider MDTs, provide professional guidance, and contribute to service development while upholding HCPC standards and governance.
