Job Description

East Riding OT Service seeks a proactive, HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to support adults in our communities to stay safe, independent and well. You will conduct functional assessments, provide early intervention, and develop tailored, strengths based plans that promote independence and reduce risk.

The role involves front door triage, collaboration with health, social care, housing and voluntary partners, and contributing to MDT discussions.
